Do Not Use this company. Unless, of course, you want a bunch of kids disappointed. Very unprofessional, totally unwilling to accept responsibility for failing to deliver a water slide that was reserved and paid for. They actually blamed me for not notifying them of my payment (deposit) when the confirmation clearly states that they were notified of the deposit. No apology, no accommodation, nothing. We are a family-based business serving customers located in Miami Dade county. Our company is dedicated to providing quality service and only the best bouncy houses to our customers.
