Megan grew up in Panama City, FL, just two hours from Tallahassee. She has always been a dog lover, but it was the psychology program at Florida State University that brought her to Tallahassee. In the summer of 2006, the pursuit of happiness lead her to MoJo’s Backyard. Under Dawn’s coaching, Megan became the business’ manager and then in 2016, a co-owner. Following her passion has opened up the world of dog care, rescue, fostering, and volunteering. You can usually find her in the office at MoJo’s Backyard, running on the trails with her hound dogs, or around town advocating for the dogs of Tallahassee.
