Over the last decade, Mogull Realty represented BankUnited’s principals leasing branches on behalf of their previous bank, North Fork; assisting with their expansion, relocation and disposition needs throughout bank mergers, acquisitions and the sale of North Fork. : The One Group is the parent corporation to STK. Mogull Realty has brought STK and STKout to The Grace Building, New York City, STK to The Cosmopolitan Hotel, Las Vegas, Asellina to The Gansevoort Park Avenue, NYC, and STK to 1251 Connecticut Avenue, Washington DC which is scheduled to open 2nd QTR 2013. Currently, we are seeking locations throughout The United States for our signature brand STK, Herarea and sister brands. : Represented Scoop in its national expansion starting with its flagship store in The Meatpacking District where they occupy 12,700 sf. Thereafter, Mogull Realty assisted Scoop in securing locations throughout the US in markets such as Chicago, Florida, Connecticut, East Hampton and New York. : As the exclusive agent for T-Mobile, Mogull Realty completed 51 retail lease transactions throughout the Eastern Seaboard within a 12-month span.
