Modern Sprints was started by Omar Brown from his passion of wanting to see athletes maximize their true potential and his desire to “give back” to the sport that has given him so much success and joy. As a former athlete, Omar is familiar with the highs; winning Commonwealth Games, World Youth and NCAA titles, as well as numerous medals from lower level championships at the international level. He now brings that winning attitude to the coaching arena. At Modern Sprints, the aim is to utilize personalized training methods to help athletes excel in their careers by sharpening their athletic skills and by providing technical expertise. We offer effective training to foster athletic and personal growth as well as providing mental support to transform the lives our athletes. We are committed to assisting each athlete in transforming competitive performance into a winning strategy.
