Founded in 1989, Manley Land Design is a full-service landscape architectural firm headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia. Manley Land Design's team has been instrumental in improving the streetside aesthetics of Racetrac locations to help make them THE place to refuel in Atlanta. We have provided landscape and irrigation design for over 80 stores in the Metro Atlanta area and the southeast region. Like Racetrac, we embrace a corporate philosophy of living for fun each and every day! The project includes big box retailers, smaller shops, and restaurants. Manley Land Design provided pedestrian connectivity throughout the development through detailed streetscape elements and accent nodes, and designed the landscape and irrigation systems. A mixed-use retail, restaurant, and residential development adjacent to one of the Southeast’s largest shopping malls. Manley Land Design provided hardscape and detailed site design. Patterned and colored hardscapes help unify the project and create an enhanced shopping experience. Detailed patios, crosswalks, and roundabouts provide accents and spaces for patrons to socialize. Prior to founding Manley Land Design, Steve was a Senior Associate with Willard C. Byrd and Associates, a golf course architecture firm. He worked with the firm for seven years on large-scale master planning, design, and routings for golf course communities. He began his career with EDSA in South Florida, designing and detailing municipal parks. Alpharetta Business Association, Board Member and President, 2014-2016 Terri joined Manley Land Design in 1999 and is responsible for office management, bookkeeping, human resources, and project support. Terri brings years of experience in client relations and business development to her position with the firm.
