Nathan Schaffner is an accomplished business professional with over 17 year of experience in sales and sales management and has received numerous President’s Club Award winning honors for both his sales abilities and his leadership in establishing and managing high performing teams. Nathan has previously held positions with Boston Scientific and Lilly providing him a strong background in today’s continually changing healthcare environment. He is responsible for the vision and leadership of Miratech’s sales force. Nathan’s focus is on market growth and development for all product lines for the company. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Butler University and has been involved in various executive leadership courses. Terri is the Director of Laboratory Operations of Miratech Labs, she is responsible for leading the quality compliance, risk management, and clinical implementation. Terri, joined Miratech Labs in the spring of 2014, and brings to the company laboratory expertise from a variety of laboratory settings. Terri has worked as a certified laboratorian and held many positions throughout her career. By working in the clinical and research labs for over 30 years, her experiences involves several settings. Terri has been very active with laboratory strategic planning, identifying challenges, information management, lean processes, and staff development. Along with Terri’s laboratory skill set and experiences, she provides valuable input to company’s overall success and vison. Prior to joining Miratech Labs, Terri worked several years as an independent laboratory consultant, where she designed, implemented and managed numerous new toxicology and molecular lab ventures. Terri holds a clinical laboratory degree, a masters of health care administration, and several certifications. Additionally, Terri is active in several state and national associations, understands healthcare regulations, and has obtained many awards of excellence for CLIA Accreditation and Inspection performance. Terri is passionate about quality health care, the situational needs of each client, and the benefits that Miratech Labs bring to the patients they serve. Damon R. Carl, Ph.D serves as the Director of Toxicology at Miratech Labs and is responsible for the design, implementation and analysis of sophisticated analytical methodologies for the detection of pain management and mental health medications within biological matrices. Previous to joining Miratech in early 2015, Dr. Carl served as a Research Chemist for Heritage Research Group of Indianapolis, IN where he utilized a broad spectrum of analytical techniques to collaborate and solve problems occurring within Heritage Group companies and its diverse customer base. Dr. Carl holds a Ph.D from the University of Utah and a Bachelor’s of Arts from Wabash College. Why Miratech Labs?
