Mission Statement
The Mini-Hospital was first designed in 1975 as a pilot program in rural healthcare facilities in Guayaquil, Ecuador. In 1978, Mini-Hospital in joint-venture with International Medical Limited, which owned the Pan American Hospital, American Hospital, and North Ridge Hospital, with over 1,000 beds and the largest bilingual staff in Florida – provided technical assistance in the design and construction of several 30, 50, and 100 beds hospitals financed by the Inter-American Development Bank for the government of Guatemala.
A turn-key project that provides the construction, the medical equipment, and the training of paramedic personnel with the assistance of qualified professionals to the point of occupancy and operation.
A way to provide health care facilities and even housing for the world’s underdeveloped and poorest countries that normally would not be able to afford them. An added feature is that these benefits are provided through donations from the wealthy and from philanthropists who are willing to increase the well-being of humankind.
