Mindset Counseling Solutions was founded in 2018 to make a difference in the lives of young adults on the Space Coast. Although we work with clients of all ages and backgrounds we are passionate about helping young adults face the challenges they face during transition to independence. I love to see clients come in with journal entries and specific instances they need help with so we can come up with a game plan of how to solve the issue.
