Though we are offering a service and resources, what we are ultimately aiming to truly offer to those who use Mind Space U is the tools to build their own mindful practices to benefit themselves, their colleagues, and their students. Mindful practices have been shown to reduce stress and contribute to health. We can't think of any better calling than to help to build those practices and capacities in others so that we can watch them grow and thrive with joy and peace. Inspired to be part of a change, she started researching mindful education and began studying with Mindful Schools. She enjoys coaching and teaching students of all ages and abilities and is passionate about sharing her knowledge of how mindfulness can help improve our quality of living and learning. Jennifer Plocinski resides at the Jersey Shore with her husband and son.
