About Mills Creek Services Mills Creek Services is an owner-operator business and we truly enjoy going to work every day to help our clients goals become reality. Robert Foster (owner) grew up around construction, has experience with form and pour concrete, plumbing, roofing, sitework, driveways and the list goes on. Robert branched away from the construction industry during the recession in 2005 and received an engineering degree from Florida Atlantic University. Upon graduation, Robert took a job in the oil and gas industry and noticed that there was a significant amount of time at home in between jobs. This downtime lead to the start of Mills Creek Services and has quickly become the primary focus. Mills Creek Services was established in 2014 with the purchase of land and equipment in Nassau County, FL. The business name was adopted from the creek (Mills Creek) that runs through the property. The creek takes a similar path that we travel when going to work in Nassau and Duval counties. Our mission at Mills Creek Services is to fortify an enduring relationship with our community and provide reliable and professional services to residential and commercial customers alike.
