The Academy consists of five programs throughout the year across Georgia which focus on three core elements: leadership, government, and policy. Participants gain the skills to become effective leaders and decision makers as they learn to navigate the world of public service. We are proud to partner with the Carl Vinson Institute of Government and the J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development at the University of Georgia to provide the curriculum for the program.
