Miller Florida Homes, Inc. continues the homebuilding tradition begun by the Miller family in 1955, which grew to become H. Miller and Sons, one of Florida’s most respected homebuilders. During the course of its 30-year existence, this company, which was listed on the American Stock Exchange, built over 5,000 residential units in Florida in Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, and Boca Raton, and in Texas in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. It also owned 1,400 acres for development in Tampa, some of which is now part of Cheval, the golf course community north of Carrollwood. We allow our customers to make some Architectural changes to our existing floorplans.
