If you’re interested in Militia Fitness, we offer a Complimentary Introduction Workout. It’s great because it allows you to check out our facility, see how our program works, workout with a Coach one on one, and ask any questions you may have. One of our Coaches will go over your current fitness level and goals. Don’t worry if you are brand new, older, or have any prior injuries. Our Coaches are experienced in training all demographics.
