Our Mission Military First Real Estate was created with the mentality of giving back to those men and women who serve their country. Service Members have uncommon pressure on them due to time away from family, deployments, and the life or death nature of their jobs. We try to ensure they won’t have to worry about their real estate investments. While they protect us, we will protect their interests. Military First, Homes Always! In November of 2013, a young, active duty Soldier expressed her desire for a property management company with a deep understanding of how the military works. She quickly inspired the creator of our first branch to piece together what has become Soldiers First Real Estate, LLC. Originally, the Firm focused on property management. As the number of support staff and agents grew, the Firm expanded to include sales, allowing the Firm to transition to a full service entity. As we look to the future, we are excited to continue to expand into the Tampa area. We are honored to manage more homes, and hire more military-centered agents, to ensure our core principles persevere. Patrick is a 12 year veteran with multiple combat deployments in the Airborne and Special Operations community. Patrick is a licensed broker and began investing in real estate in 2003. Patrick and his wife currently own five properties in military communities and are very familiar with the needs of military buyers, sellers, and owners.
