About Milian Development Group The Milian Development Group, Inc., was incorporated by Jorge Milian in 1994. Having grown up in his father’s Miami construction business, it was a natural progression for Milian, after earning a Business Degree from FIU, to become a licensed general contractor. He began transforming residential areas by buying lots, designing and building new multi and single family homes. Milian’s original ventures began in residential development — building high end homes with designer finishes on company owned land and also on privately owned lots. Years is the development business yielded experienced crews in all building disciplines, solid relationships with building suppliers, and an unparalleled ability to bring projects in on time and on budget. In changing and uncertain economic times, Milian Development Group was one of the few Miami builders to not only survive, but to thrive.
