Our family drove in from Atlanta, Savannah, Cincinnati and D.C. for a terrific holiday weekend at Tsuga on the Ridge! What a gorgeous home and property, and Claire and her family were just wonderful to work with! A storm just before we arrived set off an alarm and knocked out the internet, but they made themselves available by cell phone and sent help immediately. This was way beyond what was necessary, and hard to do late at night and on a holiday weekend, and we really appreciated the effort they went to. Everything was spotlessly clean, in great repair, and so very comfortable! We had a lovely hike on Saturday and did a jolly wine tasting tour on Sunday. We brought two dogs, and Claire was not just tolerant, but encouraging. They had a blast on the hike! Perfect from start to finish!! One word describes the ridge—idyllic. We found all the things we enjoy: beauty, peace, quiet, comfort. Dogs and kids explored and grownups felt restored and rested in the beautiful house and grounds. Sitting quietly fishing down at Three Ponds, one grandchild commented, “I love summer vacation!” Thanks for providing us the setting for such contentment. Our family thoroughly enjoyed Tsuga on the Ridge, and we appreciated to owner's attention to answering all our questions and making our stay perfect.
