In 1987 Mike Scott, a Marine Corps veteran, founded Mike Scott Plumbing in his hometown of Citrus County. Mr. Joey Henley came out to give us an estimate for our drainfield replacement/repair for our septic system. He was excellent. He explained everything very clearly and the time, patience and professionalism that he showed us was why we decided on your company. We had been getting estimates from several septic service companies in the area but we feel that you are our best choice to get the job done right, "the first time" of course. Thank you!!! David was personable, patient, appeared extremely knowledgable, and definitely customer oriented. Answered all our questions. Explained the most probable problem but found no definite leak in system. Excellent job of finding the problem and doing the repair. Rane was a very nice person as well as her helper JR. They started the repair after 6 PM worked to completion which was above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend them to anyone! I would like you know what a pleasure it was to have such a professional and personable technician come by this morning and fix our Septic tank problems . He was such a nice guy ....nothing was too much trouble and everything was done in a professional manner. We just wanted to let you know you have a great company!
