Mid Florida Hood & Restaurant Services Our family has been in the kitchen exhaust industry since 1979. Charlie Tanski purchased and ran Grease Be Gone Inc. for twenty years. The business reduced size and became a small family run business under the name CT’s Commercial Kitchen Cleaning for another fifteen years. After 35 yrs, Charlie retired. His son Dan Tanski officially took over under the business name Mid Florida Hood & Restaurant Services on Jan. 1, 2015. In Jan. 2017 Mid Florida Hood & Restaurant Services became Mid Florida Hood LLC. Dan’s unique experience has provided him with the knowledge required to advise each customer of the best possible set-up and maintenance schedule for their restaurant to run safely and efficiently. As business owners, our goal is to provide a service that meets the needs of commercial kitchen owners.
