The Mickey Poppins consists of a PVC pipe cylinder that is attached to suspenders and a waist belt. Adjust the umbrella height by moving a wire pin either up or down on 3 different levels on the cylinder. The wire pin has a bungee cord that attaches to a spoke on the umbrella. Once you have adjusted the suspenders to your torso size and the belt to your waist size, you may clamp the suspenders to the belt. Open and insert your umbrella. Last, hook the bungee cord to a spoke of the umbrella.
