Without a doubt, my greatest achievement is completing my first Ironman triathlon. From that journey, I came away with invaluable lessons about how hard work, consistency, and determination pay off in the long run. That’s not to say that along the way there won’t be hurdles and obstacles in your way, because there almost certainly will be. A recent graduate of Terra Environmental Research Institute, Francisco was working his way through the Business Administration program at FIU and working in a restaurant that caters to the residents of Brickell’s high rises. He was inspired by the buildings and the opportunity that a career in real estate would offer and immediately became licensed.
