, we believe that the people of South Florida make the world’s best patients. They are the product of an international, cosmopolitan community and lead very active, social lives. We understand this and deliver long-lasting results with short recovery periods so that they can quickly return to their active South Florida lifestyles. The beautiful Florida weather and the emphasis on fashion mean our patients cannot hide under layers of clothing. Our patients appreciate their natural looking results obtained with minimal incisions.
We are happy to offer travel, accommodation and other assistance to patients traveling to Miami for cosmetic surgery by Dr. Pazmiño. See our Aesthetic Concierge page for more information.
Plastic surgery can not only change your appearance but can also boost your self-confidence and help you look as young as you feel. Whether you want to reshape your nose or breasts, smooth wrinkles and tighten sagging skin, remove excess fat, or correct a problem resulting from surgery, birth defects or the effects of aging, the wide array of procedures available at
can help you achieve the appearance you desire.
As time passes, our skin shows the natural, inevitable signs of aging: wrinkles, lines, sagging, sun damage. With his expertise in aesthetic skin care, Dr. Pazmiño can help you counteract those effects and rejuvenate your skin without the need for surgery. Non-invasive cosmetic procedures available at our practice in Miami include:
INTERNATIONAL PLASTIC SURGERY MISSION TRIP: PERU June 2008
The surgeries were performed at the Kausay Wasi Clinic. This clinic is a wonderful non-governmental non-denominational project founded by Guido and Sandy del Prado. They established the clinic to provide medical care to the inhabitants of the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
Project Peru is a team of plastic surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and support staff based in Miami, Florida. Team members traveled to Coya, Peru to perform reconstructive plastic surgery for the people of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Although bilingual in Spanish, the Miami-based team still needed help talking to the Inca patients as many of them only spoke Quechua- the ancient language of the Incas.
and the Project Peru team performed reconstructive surgery on tumors, burn scars, traumatic defects, scar contractures, and congenital birth defects such as microtia (a condition where a person is born without one or both ears). These conditions can severely interfere with the activities of daily living. Aside from the physical limitations, these conditions also affect a person’s self-esteem and acceptance within society. Correcting these defects through plastic surgery helped to greatly improve the quality of life of these patients.
HOW MANY PEOPLE DID YOU HELP THERE?
The Project Peru team traveled to Peru happy that we would be able to provide the gift of increased function and an improved quality of life to the people of the Valley. By the end of the week, the team realized that, in fact, we were the ones who had received the gift.
