President, Chief Executive Officer - John has over 35 years of commercial insurance experience with specialized skills in the area of new product development, designing risk financing programs for new and complex exposures, insurance placement, domestic and insurance company formation, underwriting strategy, management, reinsurance and operations. For the past 15 years he has focused on the needs of the healthcare industry and has recently operationalized new insurance products and consulting services to meet the needs of organizations required to comply with newly enacted Medicare laws and regulations. Vice President of Claims & Compliance - George is a seasoned professional with considerable experience in Insurance and Risk Management related positions. George is a licensed multi-line adjuster and Health Care Risk Manager. He has more than 35 years of experience in the investigation and resolution of complex claims in all lines of business with a heavy emphasis on medical professional liability. Mr. Foley also co-authored the 2013 Edition of The Complete Guide to Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance by LexisNexis. Executive Underwriting Officer - Bill has been in the commercial insurance industry for over forty years, principally in the commercial property and casualty sector. He has worked in the captive and alternative finance market for the past twenty five years. Most recently, he served as Vice President of AIG’s Global Risk Solutions N. American Fronting operation in Boston, MA. In this capacity for the past fourteen years, Bill has built a client-centric consulting business from $3M annual fee income to $27M, had > 95% client retention, and expanded the business beyond single client work to group/program structures. Vice President of Client Acquisition - George has substantial experience in client development with insurance companies and brokers. focusing on client services for national healthcare, construction, and other complex organizations. He developed a Common Defense Physicians’ and Hospital funded SIR Malpractice Program for credentialed physicians. He also formed and served as President of a risk services firm that provided administration, coverage placement, claims, contract negotiations, and safety services dedicated to Controlled Insurance Programs in construction projects. Vice President of Energy Operations - Christine has over 20 years of Risk Management experience with specialized focus in the Energy industry. She has been responsible for extensive property casualty insurance programs and their encompassing risk management services. Christine developed claims management processes to ensure Medicare compliance that included complex historical long term exposure claims and Owner Controlled Insurance Programs for construction projects or maintenance services. Her risk services also incorporated the production of annual insurance budgets and claim reserves.
