Marilou Gonzalez, President of MG Property Group, is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in land acquisition and real estate development in Florida and North Carolina. Before creating MG Property Group, she was Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development for several of the country’s most profitable home builders, including MI Homes, where her division generated more than $309 million in revenue during her tenure, and D.R. Horton Company, where her division’s revenues exceeded $137 million. Today, as a committed real estate entrepreneur and head of the successful company that bears her name, she specializes in identifying opportunities, assessing risk, completing effective projects and maximizing returns for her clients. Marilou graduated from North Carolina State University, earning a B.A. degree in Economics and Business Management, with a concentration in Finance, as well as an MBA degree.    She holds an active real estate broker’s license from the State of Florida.  She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM).   MG Property Group MG Property Group
