What is required to set up Mevesi?
There are different requirements based on your Pharmacy Management System. Information will be provided during the set-up process. In order to run Mevesi, you just need a Pharmacy Management System and internet access.
What data types can be integrated with Mevesi?
Data can be imported easily from other sales tools and databases into Mevesi and also exported to other applications through industry standards for data exchange. Visit the Strategic Partners page to see a list of data types.

How do I get updates to Mevesi?
Mevesi will inform you if there is any interface update available. It does not require any action on your part.
How often does data get transmitted to Mevesi?
Can I export data from Mevesi?
Does Mevesi offer data storage?
Yes. Mevesi has the capabilities to store prescription, point of sale, accounting, and reconciliation data.
A billing question can be submitted on Mevesi using our Support Form in Mevesi.
You can contact your Account Executive directly or our Sales Department at 1-800-372-1560 to add additional pharmacies and/or products to your account.

Mevesi bills you for your subscription service in advance of your service period. The amount you are billed is based on your number of pharmacy sites, not on the active users in the application. The Invoice start date is the first of every month. The date that you first signed up for your subscription with Mevesi payment is prorated up to the first day of the next service period.
