During his 25+ years of experience, he has also founded and grown technology companies on his own account. Steve’s innovative thinking, strategic planning, and leadership are at the forefront of each of his endeavors. He began by designing wide area networks that spanned the globe. He then partnered to start a company addressing a desperate need for quality evaluation software and hardware for data switching equipment. He subsequently partnered to launch a company that created internet cafes on the world’s dominant cruise lines, which was grown and eventually sold at the height of the internet boom in the early 2000s. Steve later partnered to found and redefine a long-established casino gaming experience on some of the world’s largest cruise lines. He is also founder of a company that donates software to non-profit organizations, which also consults for high-growth companies and entrepreneurs to maximize the adoption and tactical reach of innovative products and services. Steve’s same level of enthusiasm for business is brought forward with his roles in non-profit organizations (e.g., American Red Cross, Dominican Foundation for Kids Immunizations, YMCA, Waving Hands and others), the teaching he has performed, holding leadership positions in his community, working with local college programs and mentoring young professionals. Professionally, his adaptability across industries has been key to his success along with welcoming collaborative engagement in multiple partnerships. He has a truly unique objective and strategic mindset coupled with incisive thinking in the face of crisis management—a calm perspective in storms of chaos.
