John Kefaliotis joined the Metron Aviation team with more than 40 years’ experience in the air traffic management (ATM) industry. Mr. Kefaliotis’ industry expertise includes operational air traffic control, government – particularly Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) – services contracting, major FAA systems contracting, and commercial and international aviation systems and services sales and business development. Mr. Kefaliotis created an ATM business unit that today is nationally recognized as an industry leader generating more than $200 million a year in revenue. A strategic and business development mastermind, Mr. Kefaliotis is overseeing the long-term business strategy for Metron Aviation. Prior to Metron Aviation, Mr. Kefaliotis was an independent consultant providing ATM strategy development, business development and business capture support. Previously, he held the roles of Vice President Next Generation Air Transportation Systems and Vice President International Strategy and Business Development at ITT/Exelis, where he successfully directed the deployment of the national ADS-B System completing the deployment of national level infrastructure on time and on budget. Orthodontia expenses are also covered for eligible dependents under the age of 18. Metron Aviation currently pays 80% of the premium for all eligible employees including eligible dependents. Employees are eligible to participate in Metron Aviation’s Health Care Flexible Spending Account and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account which allow payment of employee-paid insurance contributions, dependent/child care, and certain medical/dental expenses on a pre-tax basis (participation is optional). 401(k) Plan for all benefit-eligible employees.
