Jeff is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for Metro Consulting Associates. In addition to his business, staffing and project management experience, he has over 20 years of experience in the land development and land surveying industry. His areas of expertise include: wind energy, pipeline, transmission, utility, cell towers, high accuracy GPS control surveys, aerial mapping, boundary retracement, construction staking, topographic surveys, site surveys, tree surveys, wetland surveys, precise leveling, hydrographic surveys, quality determinations and laser scanning. Jeff is a frequent presenter for many trade and professional associations across the United States and Canada on a variety of topics including: business management/planning, strategic planning, business development, staff development and survey technology. Damon is the Vice President and Director of Operations for Metro Consulting Associates. He is responsible for both the technical quality of the organization’s work, as well as client relationships and program success. When overseeing the engineering aspect, his role is instrumental in developing the initial feasibility and budgeting, due diligence, permitting, site planning, community outreach and pre/post-construction efforts. Damon received his BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University and is a licensed engineer in Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, New York, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. He served as a Planning Commissioner Member for Canton Township and a member of the Michigan Society of Professional Engineers. Director, Business Development As the Director of Business Development for Metro Consulting Associates, Michael brings over 20 years of experience in the Land Development industry. His past project management leadership experience in the areas of pipeline right of way, renewable energy development, construction, land planning, surveying and engineering disciplines allows him to effectively communicate with current and potential clients on a very detailed level. In addition to building new client relationships, he also assists the operations staff in establishing new opportunities with existing and new clients across the nation. Michael has strong communication skills and is readily available to clients to answer questions, provide solutions, and ensure that MCA continues to deliver exceptional results. As Director of Regional Operations for Metro Consulting Associates, Shane assures each project’s quality and technical success is up to the MCA standards. He also oversees the tasks of the land acquisition group, including title research, document preparation, and acquisition of land rights. With 15 years of land surveying and land acquisition experience, he has managed the coordination and execution of large-scale land development projects and complex public-private improvement initiatives for power plants, roadways, and airports. Shane has supported national energy clients with transmission and distribution network upgrades and expansions, and contributed to numerous wind farm projects throughout the country. Brad is Director of Land Surveying Services and brings nearly 20 years of land surveying experience to every project. In addition to project management, his responsibilities include management of survey operations, business development, preparation of cost estimates and proposals, boundary resolution, analysis of field data and cultivating client relationships. He has experience with all types of surveys including pipeline/utility, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, cell towers, GPS control networks, aerial photo control, boundary retracement, construction staking, topographic surveys, site surveys, tree surveys, wetland surveys, precise leveling and preparation of easement exhibits. In the role of Director of Land Management Services for Metro Consulting Associates, Wyatt brings 35 years of right of way, title and Project Management experience. His experience included, but is not limited to acquiring easements, public/private permits and property management for many projects across the United States. While managing these projects, he has led large crews of professionals in such diverse projects as highway, pipelines, fiber optic and transmission lines. Wyatt’s experience has allowed for him to personally acquire hundreds of miles of easement rights and successfully overseeing teams of land agents that have acquired thousands of miles of easements and property rights.
