We take an active role at the local level to help our Technical Schools and Colleges better understand the nation's industrial manufacturers present and future needs for trained craftsmen. We recruit recent and past graduates of these schools and colleges as well as jobsite trained craftsmen and give them a place to post their contact information, availability, and training. Think of this as the yellow pages of pipefitters, welders, ironworkers, carpenters and operating engineers. We also make available, free of charge, to our member craftsmen a comprehensive list of craft and safety training videos to help them improve their skills and keep them sharp.
