Our founder, Tom Murphy, established Mercury Plumbing in 1997 with only a few simple goals: To give customers a good job at a fair price, and to make sure they called back. Within a few years, this philosophy had grown the company to 5 service vans, and hundreds of customers. Our phones were ringing off the hook, And the only advertising was by word-of-mouth. This philosophy is the same today-- do a good job, and they'll call you back. Mercury Plumbing has established itself as a leader in serving the multi-family and apartment industry, as well as commercial businesses. We have serviced hundreds of apartment complexes over the years, and have gained a reputation as being the guys who can fix things others can't. At the same time, we have plumbed custom homes from the ground up, we have provided remodeling and home additions services, and we have provided exemplary service to residential customers through re-piping, drain cleaning, and general service and repairs. MISSION STATEMENT Our mission is to provide professional and high quality service at a fair and honest price to residential and commercial clients alike. We seek to accomplish this mission by providing and maintaining a positive work environment which is both challenging and rewarding to employees. Mercury Plumbing is a full-service plumbing contractor that has been operating in the greater Orlando area since 1997. Our Founder is a licensed master plumber who has worked in the trade since entering as an apprentice at the age of 18. We are consistent leaders in the apartment and multi-family residential communities, and have serviced hundreds of complexes, communities, and associations in the greater Orlando area, but we also provide superior service to residential customers and small businesses. We have been members of the Better Business Bureau since 2000 and maintain an A plus rating! We can provide many quotes by phone, and sometimes we can even talk you through your problem for free! Larger jobs quotes and estimates we provide at no charge. We offer many state of the art and modern technological diagnostic tools, including video inspection, and high-pressure jet-cleaning for drain lines and sewers.
