As a retired Civil Engineer, my vision of being able to care for the much respected Asian elder community came to be in 2000. Seeing that the non-English speaking Asian elder community were virtually displaced as they required more assistance in their day to day activities, I decided to offer a place they could call home as they aged. Merced Care, initially started as one community, has now transformed into 4 communities over the 15-plus years that I've been in the industry. We are a family owned business. Our hands-on management team displays professionalism and empathy. I pride myself in being able to give back to the Asian community of the San Francisco Bay Area. Helping those who cannot care for themselves is a dream fulfilled. Merced 1 & 2 has 14 full-time care providers who are dedicated to meeting the needs of each individual in our community. Each care staff has extensive experience in elder care and also participates in our monthly continuing educational training program. They are compassionate and cater to each individual's personalized needs. Most care staff speak multiple Chinese dialects. Coordination with Health Care Providers Welcome to Merced Care!
