Our Mission Providing fitness professionals with a membr centric platform to increase engagement, inspire and educate membrs The Membr Team In 2010, Jack founded PT Cloud (now Membr) with the sole aim of creating an online personal training platform to use with his and his trainers’ client base. After launching the PT Cloud Jack has been responsible for all aspects of global business operations. After seeing a gap in the market for an online gym management system that focused on the low staffed, budget sector health club model, Jack developed and brought to market Membr, the businesses fastest growing product. Since launching Fit Cloud in December 2012 Jack has launched Membr for companies such as JD Gyms, Gym Etc and Simply Gym. Chris Forbes holds a Honours Degree from Nottingham Business School. Involved in selling Leisure Software since 1998, Chris spent 10 years selling solutions to luxury Golf & Spa resorts worldwide. This was followed by a move into the Health & Fitness sector where he continued to develop accounts in the UK, as well as Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Married with two young daughters, Chris is a keen cyclist and skier. Gyms churn almost their whole membership base each year. We understand that staying in contact with your members using minimal staff time is essential to a profitable business.
