is the founder of Melentree Realty, LLC who is duly licensed in the State of Florida as a Real Estate Broker, a Real Estate Instructor and a Community Association Manager.  Julius graduated from Poinciana High School, TECO (Technical Education Center of Osceola - Digital Design Program), Valencia College (AA degree), UCF (major in Microbiology and minor in Business Administration) and the University of Phoenix South Orlando Campus with a Masters in Business Administration.  He is currently the Chair of the Osceola County School District Audit Advisory Committee, a member of the Grievance Committee for the Osceola County Association of Realtors, and a Board of Director for Impower (non-profit dedicated to mental health and child well being to include adoption services). for allowing Melentree Realty to service your real estate needs.
