I'm thrilled to share the magic of Pilates with you in my intimate, private studio in South Tampa. My unique interpretation of the Pilates method is perfect for bodies of the modern world seeking relief from tech, traffic, and tension. I believe a strong, dedicated Pilates practice will get you moving through your life more efficiently and with more awareness, making you better at the stuff you already do. My shop door is wide open to anyone committed to living their best life and ready to work and heal through movement. I am a comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body. I earned a BFA in Dance from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia and completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Yogacara Global in Costa Rica. Between contracts as a professional dancer I also worked administratively for the education department at the American Ballet Theatre in New York City serving as Manager of Student Life and Studio Company Manager. Throughout my career in dance I traveled through Australia/New Zealand, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and Central/South America and now could not be more proud and grateful to be able to return to my hometown of Tampa to offer my service and experience to YOU!
