Investment Philosophy Mega Capital Corporation is a boutique, opportunistic real estate and corporate investor. We specialize in value oriented investments. Our core focus is enhancing value to our projects and for our owners and investment partners. We have special expertise in turnaround assets and value-oriented properties although we will also do market rate transactions where we feel we can significantly contribute to value through operations, management, expansion and alternative uses Mega Capital invests in a variety of product types, including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, hotel, and government leased facilities, as well as mixed use properties. We continue to own or have owned all of these products. Tenants include both private and public entities as well as government agencies, including the State of Florida, Miami-Dade County Public Schools and the U.S. Government. Where we deem appropriate, we also invest and partner and provide capital, either equity or debt or hybrid, in third party sponsored projects, all as appropriate for the particular investment. Mega Capital Corporation is also a boutique Florida licensed real estate brokerage firm. Our focus is on commercial transactions. Our brokerage services may involve third party representation on the buy or sell side. We may also provide brokerage services in connection with transactions in which we or an affiliated or investment entity may have an interest. Mega Capital may also provide debt or equity or hybrid capital to real estate opportunities. We may do so alone or in concert with other investors and partners. On occasion, we may also provide or arrange capital to corporate investments of a more venture oriented nature, whether or not real estate, typically with a view of taking an equity position in each invested entity.
