MediNcrease Health Plans, LLC (MHP) was established in 2013 by a seasoned team of healthcare industry professionals with approximately 150 years of combined experience in the provider network sector. MHP operates as a national, directly-contracted multi-specialty PPO provider network serving Commercial Health, Workers’ Compensation, and Auto Medical payer clients across the United States. The network consists of hospitals, primary care physicians, specialty physicians, facilities, and complementary providers. MHP provides significant cost savings to its clients/payers through direct contracting with providers, claim negotiation, and medical bill audit services. Its client base includes insurance companies, third-party administrators (TPAs), self-insured employer groups, medical management firms, and other managed care organizations. Patricia Dysart, General Counsel, manages legal compliance, contracting, and privacy matters. Jeremy Perkinson, SVP Product Management, focuses on production and provider contracting, while Rich Wheat, SVP Information Technology, directs IT operations. Christian Clark handles marketing initiatives and was the past President of MediNcrease.
