OUR MISSION Our mission is to offer outcome-based exercise programs that enable our clients to reach their highest level of fitness and function. Some of my fondest memories were of the times I spent water skiing and practicing gymnastics. Later in life, I enjoyed running, biking, strength training and yoga but my greatest joy was helping others with their exercise goals. As a Personal Trainer, I observed that many of my clients had medical conditions. In order to design more effective programs, I studied to become a Medical Exercise Specialist. I then founded Medical Exercise Solutions, LLC to offer outcome-based exercise solutions to return individuals to their highest level of function after physical therapy or chiropractic care.
