Bryan Williams (Chef B) has been involved in the restaurant and hospitality industry since 1995. At a very young age back home in North Carolina he learned first hand the secrets of BBQ. That is where his love for culinary arts began. After Graduating with a Bachelors in Hospitality and Business, he then moved to California’s San Gabriel Mountain Foothills of Pasadena where he furthered his education and career as a classically trained Le Cordon Bleu Fine Dining Chef. Chef B has had, and continues to have many satisfied clients in the private Culinary industry. His book of business spans from weddings, corporate catered events, house held special occasions, and private individual meal preparation. Chef B thrives on taking on new clients and creatively tending to their individual desires of delicious and innovative healthy cuisine. Mandi Williams adds such a crucial intelligence and personal business touch to our services. Allowing Bryan to be at his best serving the client’s many needs, while she focuses on sustainability, growth and the continuous quality of our personal services. Mandi has over 15 years experience in management, executive and coaching roles with a wonderful fortune 500 company. The husband and wife duo really has what it takes to make each client feel special and continues to be joyful and impressed in our offerings! “It is an absolute pleasure serving people, while using my culinary gifts in making a significant difference in others’ lives! I couldn’t imagine doing anything else in the world. I am so grateful to be able to do what I love each day! It’s a very unfortunate reality. Everyone one of us knows a Cancer patient whether they are still fighting or are a surviving member. One of our most precious family members is our inspiration to live each day with passion and gratitude. We are honored and proud to say we donate to such a cause as a company. We proudly support the “teal” ribbon for our mother, Debby’s battle with Ovarian Cancer. Debby recently lost her battle after a 6 year and 8 month battle. This specific disease is called the “silent killer” because it typically goes We are so passionate about serving others as well as grateful for the opportunity to do something we truly love…create delicious meals! Chef Bryan can provide menus that accommodate all palates and dietary needs and restrictions, making his meals delicious for everyone. His wide range of services are perfect for gourmet food lovers to families. Chef Bryan can do it all, from fine dining to handling all your entertaining needs. Bryan has performed personal chef/catering for us for many years--from discrete items we needed for home use to full blown dinners and cocktail parties.. His ability to key into what his clients need and customize to their desires is one of his best attributes. His skills as a chef are fine dining quality, yet he provides every kind of food (whether everyday or fine dining) with equal panache and attention. His food is delicious and lovingly presented. I cannot recommend him more highly. While working at La Canada Flintridge Country Club as General Manager and Consultant for over a year, I found Bryan to be an excellent chef with great kitchen skills and culinary mastery. He was a great leader of his staff and worked well with all especially under pressured situations. Bryan possesses the unique capability to get out of the kitchen and interact in a positive manager with members, catering clients, and guests. He was always looking for ways to better all who he touched. Whether doing a cooking class for the members, talking to a bride about the appetizers for her reception or orchestrating 3 weddings in one night for over 400 people collectively, Bryan always went above and beyond. I can truly say it was a pleasure to work with Bryan and watch him as he passionately served the members and various clients.
