My name is McSwain Fowler. I am a Certified Business coach and I help small to mid-sized businesses (mostly Insurance Agents and Financial Advisors) grow through Online Digital Marketing and Business Process Improvement. I still live in my hometown of Orlando Florida with my father, sister and two wonderful and amazing children close by. After 3 years working with Small Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and C-Level Executives, I came to notice a tremendous need for Agents in the Insurance and Real Estate fields. There seemed to be certain things missing in the agency of most every Agent I spoke with. Coincidentally, the needs I saw as needing to be addressed immediately were in the areas in which I would consider myself a foremost expert. Those areas are, in order of need, in Client Relationship Management, Email and content marketing and Social Media Marketing. I started my first internet marketing business back when the internet was in its infancy, 1999. I created and marketed the first and only online custom men’s clothing business. Since then, I have marketed numerous primary and side businesses (or maybe I would call them hobbies) on the internet and have been in the position as a solopreneur to create and/or customize Client Relationship Management tools ranging from ACT to Salesforce, Infusionsoft, Zoho CRM and Ontraport. In addition to being an expert in the operations and process of small businesses, I have trained extensively and become certified in Personal and Business Branding and Social Media Management. This Coaching, Training, Business Process Improvement and Technology Development Practice is my 4th (and final) business. I have owned a men’s clothing store in Winter Park Florida and Boca Raton Florida. I moved my custom clothing business online and I was a pioneer in internet marketing. I’ve owned and operated a small technology services company and also built a call/sales center in the hospitality industry. and a computer. Two of my businesses grew to well over one million dollars in yearly net profit in less than one year.
