McNeal Engineering, Inc. (MEI) was founded by Christopher McNeal, President, in 2001 as a Tampa based Civil Engineering Company providing civil engineering services in the state of Florida. Since that time MEI has worked diligently aiming to provide excellence in civil engineering service while building relationships. We provide a wide range of services with civil site engineering at the core and bridge the gap between other professional disciplines and contractual services while striving to gain greatness and implementing a “whatever it takes” attitude. The opportunity to work on a wide range of projects has allowed us to develop a strong working knowledge of site engineering and construction services that has enabled the firm to forge a unique relationship between agencies, clients and contractors. As a result, our client base is by in large repeat business from satisfied customers that have returned or referred us to others.
