Below is a list of our company key personnel; however we understand everyone on our team plays an integral role to our success. Ed's primary responsibility is to ensure that all lines of business are running efficiently and our clients are getting impeccable service. With over 20 years of carpentry experience, Ed is usually in the field leading our supervisors and doing whatever it takes to exceed the contractor's expectations. He is continuously involved on all projects to ensure superior service, highest quality and timely delivery. Mark is responsible for overseeing all phases of the construction project and the main day-to-day point of contact for our projects. During pre-construction, he develops cost estimates and schedules including value analysis and identifying any cost saving concepts for the contractor. Once construction begins, Mark is responsible for coordinating submittals, schedules, RFI's, owner direct purchases and resource allocation. Having worked so many years in the field, doing both hands on work and supervision, Mark has an exceptional understanding of what it takes to successfully complete any project.
