About our Firm McLeod Communications is an award-winning public relations and marketing communications firm based in Lakeland, Florida. Led by experienced public relations practitioners Chad McLeod, APR, CPRC, and Joe McLeod, our firm exists to help clients effectively tell their stories by providing unmatched communications counsel and strategy. He is Accredited in Public Relations (APR), a Certified Public Relations Counselor (CPRC) and a board member for the Florida Public Relations Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida and a master of business administration from Florida State University. As our firm’s managing partner, Joe works with our clients on PR strategies, social media campaigns, reputation management, storytelling concepts and more. Joe has more than 15 years of public relations and marketing experience and is often called on as a go-to copywriter for clients who need compelling messages that address challenging issues.
