He has sold thousands of properties, specializing in the Sylvania, Ottawa Hills, Perrysburg, Holland and Maumee areas, with an even more refined specialty of providing first class service and extensive knowledge in the sale and purchasing process. He is also the president of McGowan Properties which has developed some of northwest Ohio’s finest neighborhoods, all done in an effort to provide his customers with access to properties that wouldn’t exist without his vision and involvement. Mallory studied business administration at Lourdes University while working with her father at his company, McGowan Properties. After attaining her degree, Mallory married her husband, Sean Nester, with whom she runs a residential and commercial building company, Sean Patrick Builders. Passionate about real estate and development, Mallory decided to obtain her Ohio Real Estate Salesperson license and work with Loss Realty Group and McGowan Properties.
