Dr. McCarthy & his entire staff are a first class service. Very comforting personalities from the front desk to the dental chair. Unlike corporate dental offices, you will notice that the entire atmosphere throughout this office is calm and peaceful. Every staff member seems to take great pride in the services they provide as a team. If you are in need of any general dentist and/or dental hygiene services in the Sarasota area then, we highly recommend their services! On 9/2015 I had a badly infected molar. So bad you could actually see the infection on my gum. I have always had bad molars. I got a new job at the time and it was my 3rd day in before I couldn't take the pain anymore and eating was becoming a problem. I had Care Credit, for when I got my cataract surgery. This is an insurance they except. I was able to get the tooth extracted pretty much right away. ON a Friday with no appointment for a decent rate and only had to pay a little bit in cash. Cannot remember, but it was less than $50 out of pocket. Care Credit paid the rest that would get added to my amount I had already owed them. I was in and out and was well taken care of... Hard to find good Dentist's in North Port. I have had some bad ones over the years. So bad I didn't go to one for a long time. This guy is on top of his game if he tells you to do said A) Treatment, you should probably do it. When you 2nd guess an industry professional at their craft more than one time you only look like a fool. Like the reviewer with 2 stars... That person should just go to the health department and get C) Graded Care at a discount rate if they don't want to hear the truth. My opinion. Almost a year later.
