Company History Mayhugh Realty, Inc. was established by Charles E. Mayhugh (“Chuck”), a lifelong resident of Southwest Florida and a 35 + year expert in listing, selling and the development of commercial, residential, and industrial real estate. In addition to offering normal services of real estate, Chuck’s expertise and vast knowledge of Real Estate Land Trusts, performing and coordinating small and large scale Property Assemblages, researching and personally inspecting critical site data and site characteristics, offers our clients the professional experience they deserve and expect in the process of selecting the right investment opportunity in today’s real estate environment. Chuck’s son, Chase Mayhugh, received his Sales Associates license at the age of 19, his Brokers license at 21. Chase also has received the distinguished CoStar Power Broker Award and has earned the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), adding a very beneficial dimension to the company.
