Who We Are Mayer Development Group, Inc. is a family owned engineering and general contracting firm that has been in business for over 20 years. In 1996, the Mayer brothers, Emanuel and Haskel Mayer, decided to take their passion for the industry and turn it into something greater, something that can improve the lives of everyone around them- Mayer Development Group. While the projects throughout the years have changed over time, the company’s values and core mission has not. Placing an emphasis on reliability, efficiency, and the relentless pursuit of quality, Mayer Development Group has managed to produce results that don’t only improve the lives of it’s clients, but also last a lifetime. An exemplary work ethic and an emphasis on the customer is rooted in the company culture, and applied to any project taken on. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, the Mayer Development Group has managed to tackle an array of projects, ranging from Ground-Up Building to projects with a Turn-Key option. In addition, smaller projects such as Repairs and Renovations, or Custom Millwork Projects, are handled with the same extensive care and focus, just as they deserve to be. Since being founded, the Miami Beach located firm has specialized in residential and commercial general contracting, in addition to engineering services. Mayer Development Group currently operates in South Florida, the Caribbean, and New York.
