Jeff started his career in supply chain operations management with ITT in the Japanese automotive sector working as a tier one supplier to Honda, Mazda, and Toyota. Jeff has certifications as a kaizen facilitator and master black belt in Lean Six Sigma. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Supply Chain Management from Bowling Green and an MBA in International Business / Operations Management from the Haworth School of Business at Western Michigan University.
