I began my journey into real estate in a rather unexpected way. A few years back, my father (the former building inspector for the city of Dunedin) had started a Home and Insurance Inspection company ( ). It had always been a discussion of whether or not I was interested in working for the family business, so after years of debate I finally took Dad up on the offer. Working as a Home Inspectors apprentice provided me with an extensive knowledge of construction elements, and insurance regulations. It also provided me contact with plenty of Real Estate agents. After several discussions with agents from around the Tampa Bay area, I decided to pursue my real estate license. This wasn't a difficult decision. I have always enjoyed helping people accomplish their goals, and what better way to do so then to assist them with one of lifes biggest investments.... not to mention, inspecting Florida attics in the middle of August wasn't my favorite past time.
