Cable/Internet/phone is based on the company you use. Mateer Properties does not send individual bills. You may call or come into the office to look at your bill or refer to your tenant portal. Teants will receive monthly bills from Excel Energy. Please refer to our rental criteria provided online or by the office when you fill out an application. We have parking available for each tenant. If there is one lease holder you will be asked to park in the garage with a permit. If there is more than one lease holder we will provide you with an outdoor parking permit. Be sure to know your move-in date. The office will set up your electricity for you on the move-in day. Be sure to call the cable/internet provider that you wish to use and set up an appointment. What type of on-site security do you provide? Tenants may come to the office during day hours to be let in to the building and their apartments. They must provide a photo ID. After hours, tenants may call the emergency after hours line, a $100.00 charge will be assessed for after hour lock outs. No. Tenants may only use the grill provided on site. You cannot grill on balconies or patios.
