John brings over 25 years of broad experience in executive management, operations and sales. He founded GT Nexus and was formerly President of American President Lines, Ltd. John has significant experience in global transportation and technology companies. As MatchBack Systems grows throughout North America, Europe and the rest of the world, John's insight and experience will be a tremendous asset as he leads the company as chairman of the board. HP is an experienced investor and entrepreneur. His senior management experience in multi-cultural financial institutions, strong organizational and leadership skills make him well-qualified to help guide MatchBack Systems into the future.  A highly-regarded industry veteran, Bob worked in container shipping industry for large operators such as Sea-Land Services, Crowley Maritime Corporation and United States Lines, prior to his current role as President and CEO of SynchroNet Marine and SynchroNet Intermodal Services.  He has unique expertise in overseeing global sales, client services and customer support to help MatchBack Systems move to the next level. John is a seasoned executive and business coach with over 30 years of management and leadership expertise in the transportation, logistics and engineering.
