About Mastin Fitness About Mastin Fitness Here at Mastin Fitness, our mission statement is to improve one’s life through improving their health and wellness with both training tailored to their goals and nutrition. This is done by bridging the gap between physical therapy and personal training. Proper exercise and nutrition is preventative medicine. These experiences with movement ignited a curiosity within Jonathan to learn the biomechanics and physiology of movement. He attends an IDEA Health and Fitness Association conference annually and has been doing so since 2009. At these conferences, he looks forward to learning new ways to train clients to prevent and correct injury as well as develop a healthier lifestyle.
